Hi, I’m Bex!

I’m a Santa Barbara wedding and elopement photographer with 10 years of experience capturing moments that feel effortless, genuine, and full of life.

When I'm not photographing weddings, you'll usually find me training Muay Thai, jiujitsu, or MMA. Training martial arts has taught me how to stay calm, focused, and adaptable when things don't go according to plan, all skills that come in handy on wedding days.

I graduated from UCSB with a degree in Statistical Science and a minor in Applied Psychology, which probably explains why I'm endlessly fascinated by people. I love observing the little things: personalities, relationships, and the unique ways people connect with one another. That's true whether I'm behind a camera, on the mats at the gym, or spending time with friends and family.

I'm also a huge dog person, so if your wedding includes a four-legged family member, there's a good chance I'll be just as excited to meet them as I am the rest of your guests. Be sure to check out my page dedicated entirely to dogs at weddings.

My Inspiration

The reason I love wedding photography is bigger than beautiful venues, stunning dresses, and  lavish flowers.

Whether it's the connection you share with your partner, your family, your friends, or the connection I build with you throughout the process, those relationships are what make a wedding meaningful.

Human connection, in my opinion, is one of the most beautiful parts of being alive and that reaches far beyond photography.

So thank you to everyone who has trusted me, connected with me, and invited me to document such meaningful chapters of your lives.

And to those I have yet to meet, I hope to have the pleasure of connecting with you
